How much is 10 hours of driving lessons?

At North Simcoe Driving School, rates are $45/hour for G2 lessons and $50/hour for G lessons.

Do I have to finish my online course before starting in-car training?

Yes, the online portion must be completed first. We will then schedule your in-car lessons.

How soon can I go for my G2 road test?

Accepted Answer

With our Ministry-approved course, you can take the G2 test 8 months after your G1. Otherwise, a minimum of one year is required.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes, we offer flexible installment plans. The full balance must be paid before starting in-car lessons.

Why are driving lessons 2 hours long?

Two-hour lessons give enough time to focus on key skills like parking, merging, and safe driving techniques.

How can I pay the course fee?

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Interac e-transfer.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available within 5 days of purchase, minus a $70 registration fee. Once the course begins, refunds are not available.

What types of courses do you offer?

We offer Beginner Driver Education (BDE) with three packages and individual in-car lessons for G2 or G.

Question 10

How can I get an insurance discount after finishing the BDE course?

Accepted Answer

After completing the course, get a Driver’s License History (DLH) certificate from Service Ontario and provide it to your insurance company. Discounts vary by provider and driving record.
